I spent a long time trying to collect the ring from the specified monster (Dwarf, in this case) but it was only dropping Field Warps instead. After learning how to understand the output log, I think I see the problem. It looks like the monsters that are responsible for dropping the Royal Ring (Monster ID #s 131-135) have had their drops randomized to other items. However, the Royal Ring does not appear to be randomized anywhere else, making it impossible to progress.

I can bypass issues like these by simply using codes to spawn the item into my inventory, but I though you should know about it. Interestingly, the Piggy Bank you get for defeating Rico Jr. Still stays where it is.
